UCF, the 2nd largest university in the US, recently finished construction of Academic Village, a huge housing project in Orlando. The project was completed by GRC Architects from Tallahassee who won the project based on their experience with BIM.  Although they have Revit, this project was designed and documented completely in ARCHICAD.
