Currently under construction, Merdeka 118 is the world’s 2nd tallest building and was designed 100% in BIM using no CAD. Top international design firm Fender Katsalidis, along with Arup & Turner Construction, leveraged today’s latest Open BIM workflow. Designed and documented in Archicad by FKA, the BIM model was exported in IFC format for use in other BIM software by project team members.
